Intended use
Carbide-tipped plastic drill bits can be used to produce clean, dimensionally accurate drill holes. The carbide-tipped drill bit is used, amongst other things, in woodworking – for example, to create blind holes – or very frequently in furniture making to drill mounting holes for cup hinges. Knot holes can also be drilled out easily and precisely using this type of drill bit.

This carbide-tipped carpentry-quality art drill bit set contains 13 professional Forstner bits with diameters from 15 to 50 mm. The drill bits with diameters from 15 to 30 mm have a clamping shank with a diameter of 8 mm, the drill bits with diameters from 35 to 50 mm have a clamping shank with a diameter of 10 mm. The cutting edges are made of high-quality tungsten carbide. This ensures a very long service life. Thanks to the centre point, the drill bits can also be used with a hand-held drill as well as in a pillar or column drill. The two peripheral cutting edges ensure a clean, dimensionally accurate hole that does not break out or tear at the drill edges. The design ensures very fast chip removal. This in turn reduces heat build-up when drilling wood. The drill bits in the set are suitable for hardwood, softwood, exotic woods, glued and plastic-coated wood panels, etc. The Forstner bits are supplied in an aluminium box with a foam insert for clear and proper storage.

allgemeine Werkstattausrüstung
Ich besitze bereits einen kleinen "Satz" Forstnerbohrer eines Mitbewerberfabrikates sowie auch einen "Kunstbohrer" aus dem Produktprogramm von Paulimot. Nach befriedigendem Test dieses Bohrers habe ich mich für die Anschaffung eines "Satzes" Kunstbohrers entschieden. Ich denke ich werde auch hier zufrieden sein. Ansonsten wie immer super schnell, präzise und geräuschlos. - vorweihnachtliche Grüße an Alle !!

Guter Eindruck
Außer dass es Kunstbohrer und keine Forstnerbohrer sind, habe ich zurzeit nicht zu meckern. Da ich sie noch nicht ausprobiert habe. Aber genau angeschaut. Alles top! Natürlich wusste ich schon beim Kauf, dass ich Kustbohrer kaufe :) https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holzbohrer

erster Eindruck
Der erste Eindruck ist gut, aber ich habe bisher nur einen Bohrer benutzt, funktionierte wie erwartet.

ganz hervorragend!
Gar kein Vergleich mit den konventionellen Forstnerbohrern, auch nicht mit dem gezackten oder anderen Sonderformen. Dank der Hartmetallschneiden gehen diese wie Butter in sämtliche Hölzer und entwickeln wegen der grossen Freiflächen zwischen den Schneiden weder Hitze, noch verstopft Material das Bohrloch. Kurz: absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Bis Jetzt, super schnittbild. Ich habe nur Pine gebohrt. Der Eiche Bohrung kommt noch, aber ich denke der Schnitt wird sauber. Super Produkte.

Sehr gute Bohrer zu einem angemessenen Preis. Kein Vergleich zu meinen bisherigen Billigbohrer. Bohrer sind sehr scharf und haben einen guten Rundlauf. Sehr zu empfehlen!
