Intended use
A taper arbor is used to hold a drill chuck in the mounting spindle of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines or drilling machines. Furthermore, a taper arbor can be used as an interchangeable adapter, i.e. one and the same drill chuck can be used on different machine tools with the aid of different taper arbors.
