Intended use

Test mandrels are an important measuring and testing tool when working with machine tools. On milling machines, they can be used to align or check the alignment of the work spindle to the machine table. On lathes, they are used to align the headstock. Thanks to their high manufacturing accuracy, test mandrels are also suitable for measuring the concentricity of the working spindle of machine tools.

As test mandrels are sensitive measuring equipment, care should be taken to ensure that they are handled and stored carefully.
