paulimot builds
Due to the strong growth of paulimot in recent years, our headquarters at Zeppelinstraße 3 has become too small. After acquiring the neighbouring property at Zeppelinstrasse 5/3 with an existing building in March 2019 and the neighbouring property at Zeppelinstrasse 7 with two other existing buildings in July 2020, we are currently undergoing extensive construction and renovation work.
A spacious new building is currently being realised to connect the buildings at Zeppelinstrasse 3 and Zeppelinstrasse 5/3, as well as extensive conversion and extension work in the existing buildings at Zeppelinstrasse 3 and 5/3. Following the departure of the current tenant from the buildings at Zeppelinstrasse 7, conversion work will also be carried out in these properties and a structural connection to Zeppelinstrasse 5/3 will be created.
After renovation work had already been carried out in the existing building at Zeppelinstrasse 5/3 since the second half of 2019, an important milestone was reached on 14 September 2020 after one and a half years of planning: The construction company arrived and started work on our new building. On this page, we will keep you up to date with pictures and current information on our entire new building and extension project.
