Two grey, identical triple prism pairs, placed next to each other, with V-shaped cut-outs.
Black and white illustration of a pair of prisms with clamping brackets. The prisms are made of steel and have V-grooves. A clamping bracket with thread is attached.
Two pairs of prisms, each with a clamping bracket. The prisms are made of metal with a V-groove. The brackets are black and have a threaded spindle.
A grey, magnetic prismatic block with V-grooves, brand "paulimot", with a rotary switch on a blue plate.
Two pairs of prisms with steel clamping brackets in black and grey. The prisms have V-grooves for clamping. Screws and toggles are used for fixing.
Metal triple prism pair, on the side, on a white background. Three V-shaped recesses are recognisable.
Two quadruple prisms in grey, each with four V-grooves. They are precision-ground and lie on a white surface.
Grey, ground triple prisms in a pair, three V-shaped incisions, each at a 90 degree angle, are visible. For shafts from 5 to 50 mm diameter.

Each prism has two milled V-slots with a 90° angle for clamping round material. The stable clamp allows the prism blocks to be used on the side surface including the base. The maximum height difference between the two prisms is 0.005 mm.

The small prism has a clamping range of 3 to 26 mm, the large prism from 3 to 32 mm. This means that round material with a diameter of 3 to 32 mm can be clamped.

The parallelism of opposing surfaces, the parallelism and perpendicularity of the V-grooves in relation to all surfaces and the perpendicularity of the neighbouring outer surfaces is max. 0.01 mm. The flatness of the working surfaces is max. 0.005 mm.

The pair of prisms is made of steel, has a hardness of 50 to 60 HRC and is precision ground on all sides.

The pair of prisms allows you to clamp, mark out, align or check a cylindrical workpiece in parallel.

Each prism has two milled V-slots with a 90° angle for clamping round material. The stable clamp allows the prism blocks to be used on the side surface including the base. It should be emphasised that the clamping brackets of this pair of prisms do not protrude beyond the blocks, which means that each prism has 6 support surfaces.
The small prism has a clamping range from 4 to 28 mm, the large prism from 4 to 38 mm. This means you can clamp round material with a diameter of 4 to 38 mm.

The parallelism of opposing surfaces, the parallelism and perpendicularity of the V-grooves in relation to all surfaces and the perpendicularity of the neighbouring outer surfaces is 0.01 mm. The flatness of the working surfaces is 0.005 mm.

The pair of prisms is made of steel, has a hardness of 55 to 60 HRC and is precision ground on all sides.

The prism block has three magnetic contact surfaces (top, bottom and back), which can be switched on and off together with a switch. The magnetic force can be infinitely adjusted using the rotary switch.

V-grooves are milled into the top and bottom of the clamping block. Workpieces up to a diameter of 4 - 60 mm can be clamped in the larger groove, while workpieces up to a diameter of 4 - 30 mm fit in the smaller groove.

The parallelism of opposing surfaces, the parallelism and perpendicularity of the V-grooves in relation to all surfaces and the perpendicularity of the neighbouring outer surfaces is max. 0.01 mm. The flatness of the working surfaces is max. 0.005 mm.

The prism is made of steel, has a hardness of 50 to 60 HRC and is precision ground on the five contact surfaces.

Each prism has two milled V-slots with a 90° angle for clamping round material. The stable clamp allows the prism blocks to be used on the side surface including the base. The maximum height difference between the two prisms is 0.005 mm.

The small prism has a clamping range of 4 to 45 mm, the large prism from 4 to 50 mm. This means that round material with a diameter of 4 to 50 mm can be clamped.

Each prism has four milled V-grooves with a 90° angle for clamping round material. The maximum height difference between the two prisms is 0.005 mm.

The four prisms of different sizes allow shafts or round materials from 5 to 70 mm to be clamped.

The parallelism of opposing support surfaces, the parallelism and perpendicularity of the V-grooves in relation to all surfaces and the perpendicularity of the neighbouring outer surfaces is max. 0.01 mm. The flatness of the working surfaces is max. 0.005 mm.

The prism pair is precision ground on all sides.
