Description of the

This valve seat milling cutter set consists of 13 double milling heads with 45° and 90° cutting edges in diameters of 30 to 60 mm. The milling heads are made of C45E heat-treated steel and hardened. The 13 steel guide arbours are ground to diameters of 6 to 12 mm and can be screwed into the T-handle using an M10 thread.

The cutters in this set are not suitable for machining hardened valve seats.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung

Um die Ventilsitze klassischer Motorradmotoren zu bearbeiten, ist das Werkzeug absolut brauchbar. Korrekturfräser mit 75° anstatt 90° wäre sinnvoller.

Konnte damit meine Sitze an einem Ford

Konnte damit meine Sitze an einem Ford Model A nachfräsen und bin voll zufrieden. Da die Piloten ein Festmaß haben muss man sich evtl. Eine Führubgsbuchse fertigen damit diese sauber geführt werden. Aber das ist kein Problem bei dem Preis.
