This industrial quality workbench manufactured in Germany with a length of 1,500 mm and a depth of 700 mm consists of a fully welded frame made of square tubes. The worktop made of beech multiplex (grade I/II) is glued in several layers to make it waterproof. All edges on the top and bottom are sanded. The edges and surfaces are impregnated with linseed oil. The workbench has three lockable drawers with front heights of 150, 175 and 175 mm. The drawers are made of high-quality sheet steel and each has a load capacity of 100 kg with an evenly distributed load. The bottoms and sides of the drawers are made from a single piece. The drawers are precisely guided, fitted with a pull-out stop and can be pulled out up to 90%. The high-quality drawer runners are folded from 3 mm thick sheet steel and powder-coated. The runners slide on Delrin ball bearings. The differential runner is traverseless and guarantees very quiet and smooth running. Cardboard and Cellux strips are included so that the recessed, ergonomic aluminium handle bar can be individually labelled. The workbench has a lockable door, which is hinged on the left. Four keys for the door and drawers are included in the scope of delivery. The base elements are fitted with plastic plugs with height levellers to compensate for slight unevenness in the floor. The 2K high-solid paint finish ensures an impact- and scratch-resistant surface. The coating is very environmentally friendly and extremely adhesive,
