Description of the
This workpiece holder consists of an aluminium vice screwed onto a cast-iron stand. It is ideal for use in jewellery making and processing. There are 30 holes in both the fixed and movable jaws to accommodate the eight steel pins included in the scope of delivery. Depending on the shape and size of the workpiece to be machined, the steel pins are positioned so that the workpiece can be securely clamped. Thanks to the large number of holes, even asymmetrical workpieces can be fixed in this holder. The ball joint allows free, three-dimensional swivelling of the workpiece. This means that the machining position can be adjusted as required and fixed using an Allen screw. The vice is fitted with a square on the underside and is therefore also suitable for clamping in a workbench vice.

Ordentlich mit kleinen Schwächen
Insgesamt ganz ordentlich, aber mit kleiner Schwäche. Bei der Konterschraube für die Spindel wäre es besser gewesen, nicht auch ein Rechtsgewinde zu wählen, sondern ein Linksgewinde. Bei den beiden Rechtsgewinden löst sich die Konterschraube unter Belastung. Aus diesem Grund nur 3 Sterne. Bestellvorgang und Lieferung wie immer top.
