Intended use
This stationary belt grinder is used for grinding, deburring and chamfering workpieces made of metal or other solid materials. It is suitable for use in workshops, mechanical engineering and metalworking. The sanding belt enables even processing of flat surfaces, edges and curves. Sanding dust can be efficiently removed thanks to the integrated dust extraction nozzles.

Description of the
The 400-volt version of the SBS100 belt sander is designed for professional use in workshops and metalworking companies. The two-stage motor allows the sander to be operated at two different belt speeds. The robust design with solid steel stand ensures high stability and low-vibration operation. The 290 x 100 mm surface grinding table is located on the top of the machine. When the surface grinding table is not in use, it can be completely covered by a flap. The front sanding area on the contact roller is particularly suitable for processing edges, radii and profiled workpieces. The transparent Plexiglas spark guard is adjustable and ensures safe working. There is an adjustable workpiece stop on both sanding areas. Two integrated extraction nozzles with a diameter of 75 mm enable the connection of an external extraction system and thus ensure clean working. The machine is equipped with a practical clamping device for quick sanding belt changes, which enables tool-free belt changes. There are four holes in the base of the underframe for floor mounting.
