Description of the
The individual components in this set are made from C45 heat-treated steel (material number 1.0503) and have undergone heat treatment. Among other things, this leads to an increase in tensile strength.
Assembly (see picture "Assembly example")
The clamping arm (also known as a clamping claw) with a slotted hole is fastened so that one end rests on the body to be clamped. The other end rests on a support, the step block. The threaded rod is attached as close as possible to the workpiece and mounted at the lower end on a plate or the machine table. This applies the clamping force by tightening it firmly. This prevents the workpiece from slipping. This allows you to carry out your work on the workpiece safely and quickly.
The clamping claw set has a maximum clamping height of 64 mm.
The individual clamping elements are neatly stored in the practical plastic case.
