Clamping prisms
Clamping prisms are used for parallel clamping, scribing, aligning and checking cylindrical workpieces. Clamping prisms are mainly used for drilling, milling, grinding and inspection work. Clamping brackets can be used to additionally stabilise the workpiece on the prism.

What types of prisms are available?
In this video, we introduce you to our prisms and give you an insight into our range. We also go into the different types of prisms and show you an application example.
Please note the following points when selecting the right prism block:
- The diameter of the workpiece must fit on the prism.
- Smaller workpieces can also be machined in larger prism holders.
- However, larger workpieces cannot be machined in smaller prism holders.
