Intended use

Description of the
This replacement sanding belt, measuring 1,220 x 150 mm, is suitable for belt sanders with a compatible belt holder. It is particularly suitable for sanding wood and wood-based materials and facilitates a clean finish on workpieces in workshop, trade and hobby applications. The P100 grit falls within the fine to medium-fine grit range and is ideal for smoothing wooden surfaces, finishing cut edges and removing light sanding marks. It is also suitable for preparing surfaces for further fine sanding or subsequent surface treatments such as varnishing, oiling or staining. The sanding belt is equipped with aluminium oxide/corundum abrasive grains and delivers reliable sanding results in woodworking. The reddish-brown sanding side ensures uniform processing of the workpiece surface. The dark reverse side features information on the grit size, the belt identification and arrow markings indicating the running direction. The specified running direction should be observed when fitting the sanding belt to ensure correct belt running and reliable operation. The sanding belt is suitable as a replacement or spare belt for regular sanding work and can be used on softwood, hardwood, laminated timber, plywood and other wood-based materials.
