Intended use

Description of the
This replacement sanding belt, measuring 1,220 x 150 mm, is suitable for belt sanders with a compatible belt holder. It is designed for sanding wood and wood-based materials and is particularly suitable for the finer finishing of workpiece surfaces. The P120 grit falls within the fine grit range and is primarily used when surfaces need to be smoothed more evenly or prepared for subsequent processing steps. The sanding belt is suitable for removing fine sanding marks, for re-sanding previously sanded surfaces, and for preparation prior to varnishing, oiling, staining or further finishing work. The sanding belt is equipped with aluminium oxide/corundum abrasive grains and delivers reliable sanding results when working on wood and wood-based materials. The reddish-brown sanding side ensures an even surface finish. The dark reverse side features information on the grit size, the belt identification and arrow markings indicating the running direction. The marked direction of travel should be observed when fitting the sanding belt to ensure smooth belt movement and reliable operation. The sanding belt is suitable as a replacement or stock belt for regular sanding work and can be used on softwood, hardwood, laminated timber, plywood and other wood-based materials.
