Intended use
Turning tools with replaceable inserts are characterised by the fact that worn cutting edges can be replaced quickly and easily. The tedious and time-consuming regrinding of the cutting edge is no longer necessary. Another advantage of turning tools with reversible or replaceable inserts is that the most suitable insert can be mounted on the holder depending on the material to be machined. For example, there are special inserts for machining aluminium or non-ferrous metals. Both the holders and the inserts are standardised and can be identified by the respective standard designation.

Description of the
This 9-piece turning tool set includes turning tools for longitudinal turning, facing, chamfering, parting and grooving, thread cutting and internal boring. All tools in this set are supplied with ISO indexable inserts (carbide, TIN-coated). For special applications, these carbide inserts can be replaced by other inserts suitable for the material to be machined.
You can find these special indexable inserts in our range. You can also order the standard inserts from us individually or as a set of 10.
The set is completed with a Torx spanner and two Allen keys required for changing inserts. The turning tools are supplied in an aluminium case with a foam insert for clear and proper storage.
