Description of the
This metal band saw is a robust and versatile machine for the precise cutting of metal profiles, pipes and solid material. With its sturdy grey cast iron saw frame, it ensures high cutting accuracy and is therefore suitable for professional use in workshops and metalworking shops as well as for demanding hobby users. Thanks to the powerful 400 volt motor, the saw is reliable and durable. The machine is a geared machine with three selectable cutting speeds of 39, 55 and 67 metres per minute, which can be set using a lever. The saw arm can be rotated, allowing mitre cuts to be made at different angles. The vice can be adjusted quickly, making it easier to clamp the workpiece and enabling series cuts to be carried out efficiently. The integrated coolant system ensures a long service life and clean cuts, while also extending the service life of the saw blade. For efficient cooling, the coolant is channelled directly into the cutting area at both saw blade guides. The machine is also equipped with a limit stop and a saw blade guide that can be adjusted on one side. The lowering speed of the saw arm can be infinitely adjusted via a hydraulic cylinder. The material clamping device can be individually adjusted and therefore guarantees a high degree of safety. The machine is supplied with a sturdy base frame and castors, making it easy to position in the workshop while still providing a secure footing. With a cutting range of up to 205 mm for round material, this metal band saw is suitable for a wide range of metalworking applications.

Bandsäge
Für den Hobybereich in dieser Preisklasse ist diese Bandsäge ganz OK. Es lässt sich natürlich noch etliches verbessern, da bin ich gerade voll drann. Stabilität und Wiederholgenauigkeit sind voll in Ordnung. Die Drehzahlen über das 3- Stufige Getriebe zu schalten ist auch top .

Gute Maschine
Schnittgeschwindigkeit mittels Getriebe wählbar! Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Leider fehlt ein Hauptschalter um die Maschine Stromlos zu machen.
