Description of the
This metal band saw has a solid cast body that ensures high stability and low vibration. The saw arm can be rotated, making both mitre and right-angle cuts possible. Three selectable saw blade speeds, which are set by reversing the drive belt, allow the machine to be adapted to different materials and cutting requirements. The saw blade guide is mounted on ball bearings and ensures smooth running and precise cutting surfaces. The vice is equipped with quick adjustment and a workpiece stop to enable repeatable cutting positions. An automatic limit stop interrupts operation when the cut is complete. The lowering speed of the saw arm can be infinitely adjusted via a hydraulic cylinder. An extendable handle and trolley are integrated for transport. The base frame is supplied in a disassembled state and must be assembled before commissioning.
