Description of the
This metal band saw is a particularly robust machine for the precise cutting of large workpieces. The solid saw arm ensures high stability and cutting accuracy and makes the machine particularly suitable for professional use in workshops. The two-speed motor works reliably and enables two cutting speeds of 30 and 60 metres per minute, which can be set using a switch. The machine has two operating modes: manual and automatic operation. The rotating saw arm can be fixed at the desired angle using a quick-release lever at the front. The saw blade tension can be read easily and precisely via a pressure gauge. Both the saw blade guide and the vice are extremely solid, ensuring a secure hold and clean cutting results even with large workpieces. For efficient cooling, the coolant is channelled directly into the cutting area at both saw blade guides. The lowering speed of the saw arm can be infinitely adjusted via a hydraulic cylinder. A limit stop ensures additional safety during operation. The machine is equipped with a stable base frame that ensures a secure stand, but is not mobile. This makes it a particularly robust design for continuous use in a professional environment.

Top Zufrieden
Habe die Maschine vor ca 4 Monaten gekauft. Habe seitdem ca. 1000 Schnitte gemacht und bin Top zufrieden mit dem Gerät. Sehr Stabil und schwer. Super Sägeblattführung und perfekte 90 Grad Schnitte. Einzig der Lack in der Kühlmittelwanne blättert ab. Das kann aber auch an meinem Kühlmittel liegen. Preis Leistung ist überragend.
