Intended use
A direct-clamping collet is a clamping device that allows workpieces or tools to be clamped with a high degree of accuracy. When using direct-clamping collets, the tool or workpiece is clamped directly into the machine spindle using the collet itself, without the need for an additional holder (such as a collet chuck in the ER collet system). Tools with a cylindrical shank, such as milling cutters, drills, countersinks, thread cutters, etc., can be clamped.

Guter Rundlauf. Mehr Freiheit in der Z-Achse gegenüber Spannzangenhalter (Hohe Werkstücke). Ruhigerer Lauf.

Nachdem ich die falsche Größe bestellt hatte, kurze Masil an den Service und alles paletti. Sehr guter Rundlauf und auch sonst hochwertig.

Direktspannzange MK3 - M12.
Habe mir diese Spannzannge für meine Bohrfräse SX 2.3 gekauft. Sie dient zur Aufnahme eines Zentriergerätes in der Arbeitsspindel oben genannter Maschine. Bin mit Qualität und Preis für diese Spannzange sehr zufrieden. Lieferung per Briefpost binnen 2 Tage nach bestellung. Alles OK, weiter so, gerne wieder ! ! !

Verwendbarkeit
Qualitativ und preislich sehr, aber in Fräsmaschine SIEG SX2L nicht verwendbar - für Fräsarbeiten zu kurz.
