Milling machines

Our range of milling machines includes both machines with a manual gearbox and those with a Vario drive. A milling machine is a machine tool with which material can be machined using rotating cutting tools. By using different tools, it is possible, for example, to mill grooves or shoulders, mill surfaces flat or spindle out bearing seats. Precise drilling work such as thread cutting or reaming can also be carried out on a milling machine. Milling machines usually consist of a milling head (Z-axis) and a cross table (X- and Y-axis). This means that at least three machining axes are available, allowing the workpiece to be precisely aligned under the tool.
