Training at paulimot:
It is important to us to support young people and pass on our knowledge to junior staff. That's why we are a proud training company 2020 and 2021!
Since September 2019, we have been offering dual training as an e-commerce clerk in cooperation with the Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In addition to training in the e-commerce / marketing team, our trainees work in the accounting, customer support, logistics, technology and sales teams and thus gain interesting insights into the facets of both stationary and online retail. We aim to supplement the theory taught at vocational school with practical projects in the best possible way. We are also happy to support our junior staff with our experience and expertise in order to prepare them in the best possible way for their career entry and, in return, are delighted with the breath of fresh air that our trainees bring to the team.
