Le teste di foratura, sfacciatura o alesatura sono progettate per essere utilizzate sulle fresatrici. Le teste di alesatura consentono di eseguire la sfacciatura ortogonale delle facce finali dei fori o di alesare fori rotondi molto precisi. Ciò significa che è possibile produrre fori estremamente precisi con dimensioni adatte alle macchine di fresatura convenzionali. Questo è un grande vantaggio, ad esempio, nella produzione di sedi per cuscinetti.

Descrizione del
Questo set di teste di alesatura consiste in una testa di alesatura manuale con un diametro di 75 mm e nove punte di alesatura con inserti in carburo brasati. La testa di alesatura può essere utilizzata su fresatrici convenzionali con portautensili SK30. Il carrello di foratura viene regolato manualmente tramite il mandrino di regolazione; la precisione di avanzamento è di 0,01 mm.

Gut verarbeitet, lässt sich präzise verstellen 1 Stern Abzug weil ich finde Bohrtstangen mit Wechselplatten wären die bessere Lösung..

Bohrkopf
Werkzeug war gut verpackt und vor Korrosion geschützt. Werkzeug arbeitet tadellos. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

TOP, wie immer eine wirklich klasse Werkzeug!!!
Vorgestern Bestellung und bereits gestern geliefert! Das ist schon mal (wie immer) super. Der Ausdrehkopf ist klasse verarbeitet! Gut ist natürlich auch der Alu Koffer, in dem alle Bohrstangen inclusive Ausdrehkopf sicher verstaut sind. Das Werkzeug ist sehr solide und gut verarbeitet. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist einfach super. Ich kann diese Set wirklich nur empfehlen! Klasse ist auch der Bereich von 14 mm bis 130 mm! Somit in Summe kann ich nur eine TOP Bewertung dafür abgeben!

Bohr-Ausdrehkopf-set-75-mm
Der Koffer ist leider beim Transport beschädigt worden. Nach dem ich die Bilder an Paulimot gemailt habe wurde mir zehn Prozent auf den Kaufpreis gewehrt. hab mich sehr gefreut über das Entgegenkommen. Würd ich jeder Zeit wieder kaufen

Boring head set
As always great product from Paulimot, only problem I had was a damaged case containing the tools. This was rapidly rectified by Paulimot's After Sales department. I'm really happy with Paulimot, and will certainly continue to buy from them.
